I placed my order thinking it would show up in a reasonable amount of time, but it’s been two weeks and I’m still waiting. The whole experience made me feel like just another ticket number instead of an actual customer. i don’t think I’ll be ordering again

Ordering on the site was easy, but the checkout dragged a bit and the updates definitely didn’t come when they said they would. I was expecting a smoother process based on what was promised, but I ended up checking back myself because the communication was slow. My order did go through in the end, so it wasn’t a total mess, just kind of frustrating.

I really like the styles on Sarah Flint, and the shoes look great, but so many of the sizes I wanted were already sold out. I kept checking back after seeing vague promises about restocks or availability, but it never felt very clear when anything would actually come back. The site itself is nice and easy enough to use, I just wish they were more upfront about stock and did a better job keeping popular sizes available.

I bought these because they were advertised as being good for weddings, but my feet were already hurting badly before the ceremony even started. When I looked for help or some kind of solution, it felt like they made it my problem instead of standing behind what they said.

I tried shopping on sarahflint.com a while back, and what sticks in my mind is how frustrating the whole experience felt. The pages seemed to load slowly, the filters weren’t very easy to use, and I remember my cart acting strange more than once. After messing with it for a bit, I just gave up before placing an order. It just felt way too expensive for what it is. I don’t really think it’s worth the money, at least not for me. Kinda regret buying it tbh.

These shoes are really pretty, so at least they nailed the part where you look good standing still. Unfortunately, after about an hour my feet started hurting. The arch support felt basically flat to me, and for the price, I expected a lot more comfort

I was hoping to find a bit more variety, but most of the styles looked pretty much the same to me. When I couldn’t find something I liked, it kind of felt like that was my problem to figure out instead of there just not being many different options

The box showed up smashed, which was disappointing. I’ve had similar items shipped before and they usually come with better packaging, so this felt a lot more careless by comparison.

I really liked how these shoes looked when I first got them, and I was excited to wear them. But after checking them a bit closer, the stitching was uneven in a few spots. This is where it got annoying: after only a few wears, one of the soles started lifting. For the price, I expected much better quality and craftsmanship

My quick take: the shoes are really nice, but the exchange process was slower than I expected. I ordered from Sarah Flint and needed a different size, and while the return/exchange did go through, the updates weren’t very clear along the way. Customer service answered me eventually, just not super fast. I’d still say the shoes are worth it, but the returns side could definitely be smoother

The shoes definitely have that luxe feel and look really well made, so I’m happy with them overall. That said, for the price, I was hoping the shipping would be a bit faster. Great product, just a slightly underwhelming delivery experience

I really wanted to like these because they’re cute, but I don’t know… the toe box felt way too tight for me. After about an hour, my toes were already feeling squeezed. The quality seems fine, I guess, but for the price I just wish they were more comfortable...

I really wanted to love these because they’re pretty, but they just didn’t feel very stable on my feet. After walking around for a little while, I started feeling wobbly and my feet got tired way faster than I expected. They might be okay for short outings or just standing around, but for everyday wear... probably not for me...

I actually really like how these shoes look, and the fit is fine enough, but man, the soles and heels started wearing down way faster than I expected. They’re not total garbage or anything, but for the price, I figured they’d hold up better than this nonsense.

I got a pair from Sarah Flint about 8 months ago and I wear them to work often. To be fair, the leather still looks nice and the stitching hasn’t started coming apart, so they’re definitely not falling apart on me. The soles are showing some wear now, which I guess is normal, though for the price I kind of expected them to look newer for longer. They also took a little time to break in at the beginning. Overall, they’re good shoes, but it does feel like maybe some of the cost is more about the name than the actual comfort.

Maybe it’s just my taste, but I didn’t see that many styles that stood out to me. A lot of them felt kind of boring, and I don’t think I’m being too picky for saying that

I wouldn’t buy these again if you need shoes you can wear all day. They look nice, but comfort-wise they just didn’t hold up for me.

I ordered my usual size from Sarah Flint the fit was nowhere near right. The toes felt way too tight, but somehow the heel was still slipping, which was just confusing. I even checked the size guide before ordering, so it’s not like I guessed. For shoes at this price, I think it’s only fair to expect much better sizing accuracy. I ended up returning them.
